La recherche, dirig\u00e9e par le Centre de Recherche en Sant\u00e9 Animale (IRTA-CReSA) avec la participation de NEIKER-Instituto Vasco de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Agrario (tous deux partenaires d\u2019INNOTUB), ainsi que de l\u2019<em>Animal &amp; Plant Health Agency<\/em> du Royaume-Uni et de l\u2019entreprise Lionex Diagnostics and Therapeutics GmbH en Allemagne, a \u00e9valu\u00e9 plusieurs strat\u00e9gies de vaccination, notamment l\u2019utilisation du vaccin Bacille Calmette-Gu\u00e9rin (BCG) et de vaccins inactiv\u00e9s de <em>Mycobacterium bovis<\/em> (HIMB), dans le but de d\u00e9velopper des outils de diagnostic plus pr\u00e9cis permettant de diff\u00e9rencier les animaux vaccin\u00e9s des animaux infect\u00e9s.&#13;\n&#13;\nLes r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude mettent en \u00e9vidence le potentiel de la vaccination intranasale avec BCG, une approche innovante qui a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 induire une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire robuste sans g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d\u2019interf\u00e9rences significatives dans les tests de diagnostic bas\u00e9s sur des antig\u00e8nes d\u00e9finis comme ESAT-6, CFP10 et EspC. Ces antig\u00e8nes sont essentiels pour mettre en place des tests DIVA (<em>Differentiating Infected from Vaccinated Animals<\/em>). La vaccination intranasale tire parti du fait que l\u2019infection tuberculeuse se produit principalement par les voies respiratoires et r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement les effets ind\u00e9sirables associ\u00e9s aux autres voies d\u2019administration, comme la sous-cutan\u00e9e.&#13;\n&#13;\nPar ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement explor\u00e9 des r\u00e9gimes de vaccination combin\u00e9s comprenant une premi\u00e8re dose sous-cutan\u00e9e suivie d\u2019un rappel intranasal. Cette strat\u00e9gie a montr\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d\u2019induction de r\u00e9ponses immunitaires, et certains candidats test\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 une bonne compatibilit\u00e9 avec les tests DIVA.&#13;\n&#13;\nAinsi, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019antig\u00e8nes d\u00e9finis dans les tests diagnostiques d\u2019intradermor\u00e9action et d\u2019interf\u00e9ron-gamma a presque compl\u00e8tement \u00e9limin\u00e9 les interf\u00e9rences caus\u00e9es par les vaccins, am\u00e9liorant consid\u00e9rablement la fiabilit\u00e9 de ces outils diagnostiques. Cela repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e cruciale pour les programmes de lutte contre la tuberculose animale, notamment dans les zones \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9levage ou o\u00f9 la maladie reste un d\u00e9fi sanitaire et \u00e9conomique important.&#13;\n&#13;\nCes r\u00e9sultats sont particuli\u00e8rement pertinents pour l\u2019\u00e9levage caprin en Espagne, qui poss\u00e8de l\u2019une des plus grandes populations de ch\u00e8vres en Europe. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche pourraient transformer les programmes de lutte contre la maladie, favorisant une production animale plus durable et r\u00e9duisant les risques pour la sant\u00e9 publique.&#13;\n&#13;\nCette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par le Minist\u00e8re de la Science et de l\u2019Innovation d\u2019Espagne et l\u2019Agence d\u2019\u00c9tat pour la Recherche (R\u00e9f.
